Flourishes - BIRTHDAY BASH CHALLENGE!

Happy birthday to us! Happy birthday to us! Happy birthday dear Flourishes….. Happy birthday to us! That’s right, this month Flourishes officially turned 4 YEARS OLD! Here is my creation, I used Chocolate Chip paper for the base which is a standard card size 4 1/4" X 5 1/2". I used some BoBunny paper called "Beautiful Life" which came out 2 years ago. They always have really gorgeous papers that come out every year which I love to hoard. I distress the edges using Burnt Sienna Fluid Chalk and Chestnut Roan by Clearsnap. I then stamped the Gerber Daisies using Black Crafter's ink onto white shimmery paper. Heat set the image so I could watercolor the image. I used the following Stampin'Up colors; Peach Parfait, Summer Sun, Cherry Cobbler, Tangerine Tango and Pumpkin Pie to watercolor the image. I used either Peach Parfait or Summer Sun to basecoat the image and then flicked in the darker colors to add shading. I cut out the flourishes using Tim Holtz 'Elegant Flourishes' using light and dark brown glitter paper. I stamped saying from the set called "Seasonal Wreaths" by Flourishes using black Crafter's ink onto white shimmery paper. I embossed using detail black EP by Ranger. I cut it out using Spellbinders 'Grommet Tags'. I used a corner sticker from the new BoBunny collection 'Forever Fall Dimensional Stickers' and used the 'Forever Fall Jewels' turquoise pearls for the brads. I used Stampin'Up 5/8th Organza ribbon which I used Pumpkin Pie marker to color the ribbon orange and then slightly heat set the ribbon to produce the wavy texture.
