DDC # 19 - "Noah's Ark" 2 by 2

For this challenge Tammylee and I  were paired up together with an image, in this case I picked (A note from Puppy) So here is my card, I used Early Espresso for the base which is a  5"x 7" finished card size. For the second layer I used the paper called 'Paws' by Samantha Walker for Creative Imaginations. Then I used 'Dog Bones' by Karen Foster for the second layer. I then used 'Woof Words' vellum by Boxer Scrapbook Productions for the third layer.  I cut out the tag using Spellbinders 'Ornate Artisan Tags & Accents using Jillibeans Kraft Corrugated paper. I sponged on some Soft Suede ink to highlight the texture of the paper. I coloured the puppy using Prismacolor pencils and cutout the bones using 'Dog Bones' paper by Karen Foster. I wrote Milk Bones using Copic multiliner pen. I also cut out 3 paws using the paper called 'Paws' by Creative Imaginations and laid it on top of some burlap. I added some kraft lace  and brown velvet ribbon all by May Arts.

  1. I really love all the embellishments on this card. The bones are so very cute. And the paws as well! The burlap and lace are not a combination that I would have thought to put together but it came out stunning!
