Stamping Dragons Designs - Anything but a Square or Rectangle card

Well I'm back with another card for Stamping Dragons Designs and this week's challenge is anything but a square or rectangle card. So here is my circle easel card. I used Chocolate Chip paper for the base which started out as a 6" square card. I used my Spellbinders Grand Scallop Circle to cut out my image. To do this, lay your folded paper on top of your die carefully making sure you do not place the fold over the circle so it won't be cut.
For the rest of my papers that I used came from the Basic Grey collection called 'Stella Rose'. For all my circles that I cut they were from the Spellbinders 'Grand Scallop Circles or Large Scallop Circles' which go down 1/4" size increments which is great and leaves out the guess work. I printed the Penny's Discovery by Stamping Dragons Designs onto shimmery white paper and colored him using Prismacolor pencils. This was cut out using Spellbinders 'Large Scallop Circle'. I add red flourish using red metallic paper and used the Cheery Lynn die called 'Fanciful Flourish' and cut it into 3 parts. I added some Prima Flowers on the top circle and I AM ROSES on the bottom of the circle. I cut out pendant using Early Espresso paper and used the Spellbinders die called 'Lotus Pendants'. I also added some basic pearls to the red flourish.

You can find my image in the store which is

Loves Rubberstamps - Design Day

It's the long weekend of August, in another month, my son will be going back to school. Oh how time flies... I'm back with another card with Loves Rubberstamps and I decided to use LaBlanche stamp called 'Tea Cup'. These stamps are so detail and are silicone based. I tried them along time ago and didn't think they were all that hot, but I didn't think you needed to use their specialty paper so I wasn't impress with their stamps. Oh Boy, did I ever change my mind, I used their specialty paper and stamped the Tea Cup', what a difference!
It made me a believer! So here is my card, I used Copper metallic paper for the base which is a 5"x 7". I used Penny Black paper for the first layer and Kanban paper called  'Bella Damask -Mocha' for the second layer. I cut out gold label using Spellbinders 'Label 20'. I then sprayed a paper doily using Lindy's Stamp Gang Starburst sprays using Dark Chocolate Truffle and Bayou Boogie Gold. I stamped La Blanche's Tea Cup using black archival ink by Ranger and colored the image using Tim Holtz distress markers. I cut out the tea bag/string and cube of sugar by Cottage Cutz using gold paper. I added some ivory pleated ribbon by May Arts and then laid gold ribbon on top. I added gold flourishes using Spellbinders Twisted Metal Tags & Accents. I added a sticker from Christine Adolph 'Tea Time 16637 by Creative Imaginations.

Stamping Dragons Designs - Theme Summer Colors

I'm back with another card for Stamping Dragons Designs and this week's challenge is Summer Colors. So here is my card, I started off using Rich Razzleberry paper for my base which is a 5"x 7" card size. I  used Basic Grey's "Green at Heart" because this collection reminded me of summer colours. I used
'Grass' for the first layer and used 'Sage' for the second layer. I used 'Seedling' for the third layer. I cut out a frame using Memory box 'Debutante Frame' using Tangerine Tango paper and then used another Memory Box die called Twirling Vine for the overlay which was laid on top using 'Kelly' paper. I printed the image called 'Jiggys Sandcastle' onto shimmery white paper and colored him using Prismacolor pencils. I wrapped some Old Olive 5/8th Satin Ribbon and made a double bow to lay on top. I cut out a flower border using Poppystamps Bubble Daisy Border using Melon Mambo paper. I laid the daisy border on double sticky tape called Be Creative Tape and used the following glitter to color the flowers; Lilac Pink, Plum Berry, Grasshopper and  Poppy Orange. For the bottom of the card, I used Tessatina Border by Memory Box again laid it on double sticky tape and used the same glitters to colour it.
