Whimsy Card Challenge - Make A Christmas Card using Traditional Xmas Colours

I'm back with another card for Whimsy Digital Stamps Part 2, our team decided to have mid blog reminder, because we have a big group. So this is still part of the Nov 7 challenge of making a Christmas card using Traditional colors,- okay I decided brown and blue were traditional colors. I started off using a 6"square card using Crumb Cake as my base and the real reason why I used these colors I fell in love with this collection of papers from Pion Designs called 'Silent Night'. I used 2 layers of papers before cutting out the middle of the third layer using Spellbinders 'Lacey Squares'. I then used this ribbon from May Arts around the inside of the square. I then printed out Nativity Scene by Crissy Armstrong onto shimmery white paper and colored it using Prismacolor pencils. I tucked the Manger and the donkey inside the square and left the other animals looking on from the outside. I added some Baja Breeze seam binding along with a bow. I added some blue and tan flowers from Prima Marketing along with some brown flourishes. I printed out the sentiment from Whimsy Stamps called 'Season's Greetings Sentiments' onto shimmery white paper and punched it out and back it onto a piece of crumb cake which was punched out using large oval punch.

Our Topic this month is to
use Traditional Christmas Colors
Don't forget! You don't have to use a whimsy image.
It would be great if you did though, and it doesn't have to be a card.
 We welcome all paper projects.
