Stamping Dragon Card Challenge - In the Winter Garden

I can't believe we had over 220 entries in our Stamping with the Dragon challenge. Whoo Hoo!! I'm back with another card and this week's theme is 'In the Winter Garden'. We have a wonderful sponsor this week  Rick St. Dennis who is a Designer of over 100 theatrical productions, Rick St Dennis (Donald McAfee) is also the author of 4 books on decorative painting and contributor to at least a dozen national magazines on crafts and art.
So I started off using dark blue metallic paper for my base which is a 5"x 7" finished card size. I used Bo Bunny's collection called 'Snowfall' for the rest of my papers. I added 2 layers before making a shaker frame using 2 more papers from the same collection, I then adding beads & shaved ice into shaker frame. I was allowed to choose a Rick St Dennis image and I picked Isabella making Snow Friends. I colored her using Prismacolor pencils and I added some white flocking to her hat, her coat and her boots. I cut a label using Snowfall Cut Outs and added the sentiment from the cardstock sticker collection. I attached 2 brads from the same collection and some navy ribbon by May Arts.

The theme for this challenge is:
"In the Winter Garden"

The winner of the challenge will recieve:
