Loves Rubberstamps Card Challenge - Colors of Spring

Well I'm back with another card for Loves Rubberstamps Card Challenge - Colors of Spring. We were given 3 images to work with from Paper Nest Dolls and I chose this digital image called 'Owen with Wooden Horse'. I printed him onto shimmery white paper and coloured him using Prismacolor Pencils. I started off using dark blue metallic paper as my base which is a 5"x 7" finished card size. I used the Vita Bella collection called 'The Beautiful Life'. I used two layers before cutting a third layer out using a Spellbinders die called 'Ornate Artisan Tags & Accents and used the stripe paper from the same collection. I then cut out a frame using the same die but I used blue paper instead just using the insert that was left over. I outline the edge of the insert using Cape Cod Smooch Ink. I placed this on top of the stripe paper using double sided adhesive and then popped up the stripe frame using foam tape. I added the boy and the wooden horse using double sided tape. I cut out 2 flourishes  using Cheery Lynn die called 'Fanciful Flourishes' using lime green glitter paper. I added 2 corner flourishes from the sticker collection to the bottom of the card and then used another ribbon sticker from the collection along with a sentiment. I added some Kiwi Kiss satin ribbon along with a bow and added 2 gems from the same collectionas shown.
