Wonderful Friend
Here is another challenge that I have entered. One is for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday ~ FTTC115 using this sketch. The other one is for The Shabby Team Room Week #59 Butterfly Wishes. I started out with 5 1/4" square card using Soft Suede as the base. I used a 5" square piece of paper from the new Butterfly Garden Collection by Pink Paislee. I cut out a frame circle using Spellbinders Classic Scalloped Large Circle and Lacey Circle using Leaf glitter paper. Then I cut out a Lacey Circle using Very Vanilla paper. Stamped En Francais using Lime Pastel Fluid Chalk onto the Lacey Circle. Stamped Tulip and Butterfly using Memento ink using the stamp from Flourishes called Calendar Set #1, Clematis & Butterflies. Colored the images using Copic Markers V15, V17, V25, G0000, G00 and G02. Cut out Tulip & Butterfly leaving a halo around images. Edged Lacey Circle using Apple Green Smooch ink. Cut a strip of paper from the Butterfly Garden and inked edges using Deep Lagoon fluid chalk. Used Certainly Celery 1/4" grosgrain ribbon as shown then laid the strip of paper on top. Using foam dots raised the Tulip image as well as the butterfly. Stamped saying from the set called "Clematis & Butterflies" by Flourishes using Black Crafter's ink and embossed using Black Embossing Powder. Cut out using a scallop punch. Attached as shown. Apply basic pearls to the butterfly as shown.
