Today is the second day for the Cornish Heritage Farms is the start of April Release and Blog Hop. I'm back with another card which features some more digital stamps that are now available from the Cornish Heritage Farms store front. The week will end with New Release Stamps which will be available Thursday, April 19th at 8:00 pm MST.
This month the release will include 17 background stamps, 3 ATC (Artist Trading Card) sets, 2 individual Rummage Bin stamps and 3 Rummage Bin sets.
Also on Thursday, April 19th at 8:00 pm MST, you are invited to join us for our release Blog Hop. The hop will start on the Cornish Heritage Farms Blog. So here is my card, I started off with a 5"x 7" finished card size using bronze metallic paper as my base. For the rest of my papers I used S.E.I. 'Claire' collection. Second layer I used Claire 'Eloquent' and cut it to 4 3/4"x 6 3/4". I distress the edges using Pumpkin Spice Fluid Chalk by Clearsnap. For the third layer, I cut down Claire 'Tenacious' to 4 1/2 "x 6 1/2". Again I distressed the edges using Chestnut Roan Fluid Chalk. I made a frame by using the following papers Calypso Coral by Stampin'Up and S.E.I Claire ' Vivacious'. I cut the Vivacious paper using the Spellbinders Classic Scallop Oval large using the largest die and then cut Calypso Coral using the second largest die. I attached Vivacious frame over top of the Calypso Coral using double sided adhesive. Then I attached both frames over the printed sentiment "For God So Loved" (174-digi which is now available in the CHF store) which I printed it onto shimmery white paper using foam tape to give dimension. I sponged the following colors using Pumpkin Spice, Chestnut Roan Fluid Chalk to tone down the white. Before I attached it to the base I added some Calypso Coral Ruffled Ribbon and bow by Stampin'Up. I then printed out the "Corner Lilies" (3506 -digi which is now available in the CHF store) and printed out the single Lily 3 times (3501-digi which is now available in the CHF store) onto shimmery white paper. I colored these lilies using the new Tim Holtz distress markers using the following colors; Dried Marigold, Barn Door, Crushed Olive, Peeled Paint and Shabby Shutters. I attached them where shown using foam dots. I added pink flourishes and basic pearls where shown. I added some orange Prima Flowers as well.
Here is a look of the inside of the card. Don't forget to come back tomorrow to see what I have in store for Sneak Peek # 3!!
Don't forget, to check out the other DT members blogs for more inspiration.
