Loves Rubberstamps Card Challenge - Color Inpiration by Fabric Photo
This week's challenge at Loves Rubberstamps is to used this photo as a color inspiration. We were also given a Digi picture from Meljen's Designs. I used Cocoa Christmas Fairy which I printed & sized out onto shimmery white paper and coloured her using Prismacolor pencils. I add some Sparkly Fluff by the Craft Lounge using 2 way glue pen on her hat, pompom, her wing and her coat. I used bronze metallic paper for the base which is a 5"x 7" finished card size. For the rest of the papers I used Bo Bunny's collection called 'Snowfall', I used Tim Holtz sizzix die called 'Tag & Bookplates' to cut out the 2 tags. To both tags I added some ribbon from Michael's. I cut out the frame using the Spellbinders 'Snowflake Frame' using dark metallic paper and laying down some Smooch ink by Clearsnap using Azure and Pool on the frame (dark first, then Pool). Then I added some clear embossing powder on top and heat set. I then stamped the sentiment "Tis the Season" using Holiday Ticket Sentiment by Whimsy Stamps on some Bo Bunny paper using white pigment ink and embossed using detail black EP. I then used Tangerine Fluid Chalk to color the sentiment and added some Pumpkin Smooch ink to outline the ticket. I laid the Cocoa Christmas Fairy on top the snowflake frame using pop up dots.
