Well I'm back with another card for Whimsy Stamps monthly challenge. This month's challenge is to add something Metal! So here is my card, I started off using Chocolate Chip for my base which is a 5"x 7" finished card size. I used Tim Holtz paper stack called 'Vintage Shabby' for the rest. I added three layers before I used a silver mirrored paper and ran it thru an embossing folder (1 of 6 in this collection) called 'Love is in the Air' to stimulate metal sheeting. I then used Tim Holtz alcohol inks in the following colours; Espresso, Watermelon and Currant to color the silver mirrored embossed paper. I then used a Marianne Creatable Die called 'Anja's Large Oval to cut out the frame using the colored mirrored paper. I printed this fabulous Raggedy Boy and Raggedy Girl by Kathryn Stamp Art Designs onto shimmery white paper. I coloured them using Prismacolor pencils. I also printed her sentiment as well and then sponged the edges using Chestnut Roan and Rouge Fluid Chalk. I then coloured metal frame using the same alcohol inks. I punched out the sentiment using Decorative Label punch and placed the metal frame over top. I added some pink/brown satin ribbon along with a bow by May Arts.
