I cut this out using a Marianne Creatables 'Frames & Swirls' and applied Pool Smooch ink to the edges. I added the sentiment using the alphabet stickers from Basic Grey. I added some ribbon and bow by May Arts in the corner.

I am still a little teary from reading your comment, so sorry you lost your dear husband, I know losing my Cocoa was hard, but not nearly as difficult as what you went through.
