August Diva Dare - Sending Some Sunshine creation - Verve Stamps

This month's theme is Sending Some Sunshine!  So, we're actually going to SEND our card to someone for this challenge. So, we DARE you to make an uplifting and encouraging card AND send it to someone in need of a little pick-me-up!
So here is my card Sending Some Sunshine to a friend who is battling cancer.
I used Basic Black for the base and then used 'Flirtatious Doilies' Designer Paper by Stampin'Up as the second layer. Then I used some retired paper by Stampin'Up called 'Groom Specialty Paper' and then added another piece from the Flirtatious Doilies. One of the papers in the pack  is laser cut doily which I flipped over and color the white doily using Rose Fluid Chalk because the other side was way too pink. I added a natural crochet ribbon from Maya Arts and 5/8 satin Pretty in Pink ribbon by Stampin'Up as shown. I stamped the sentiment from the set called 'Text Objects' by Verve Stamps in black crafters ink by Clearsnap on Very Vanilla paper. I cut it out using the newest Spellbinders called 'Twisted Metal Tags and Accents and then I cut out another tag by using Groom Specialty paper. I cut the corner flourish using pink metallic paper and the new die called 'Victorian Romance Flourish' by Cheery Lynn Designs. Add flowers as shown and used a Jolee sticker on top of the satin ribbon.
